Traditional Damson Gin Liqueur

The Damson orchard of Lyth and Winster Valleys of the Lake District are famous, both for thei beautiful white bloom in the spring, and their distinctive, purple fruit in the Autumn. When traditional steeped in London Gin at Cowmire Hall - a 16th century pele tower - which can be served both as an aperitif, and as a liqueur.
